Well, after quite a bit of coaxing Adam, we finally got a dog! His name is Greco. He is a 3 year old, chihuahua/miniature pinscher mix. He is absolutely adorable, and quite a mama's boy I must say. I was a little worried about being able to love another dog as much as I loved Prissy, my pekingnese I put to sleep a year and a 1/2 ago. But it isn't like that. I love him in a different way-he doesn't replace Pris at all. It is so good to have Greco to keep me company when Adam is gone. He is soooo cute and keeps me highly entertained!!!

What a cutie! Dogs are wonderful companions. I think it's great you have him to keep you company while Adam's on the road. Our dog, Daisy, is such a good dog. She's a boxer and she's 7 years old now. She's fabulous with the kids. We lovingly refer to her as our first child. And I must say, I think she fulfilled our need for human children for a while!
